This black knee pad features a composite double-layer elastic fabric. The outer layer is smooth and wear-resistant, while the inner layer is micro-brushed for added comfort. The inner foam padding is thickened and enlarged to provide better cushioning and protective effects when your knees come into contact with smooth sports floors. Equipped with an internal silicone anti-slip strip, it effectively prevents slipping when worn with smooth-fitting clothing such as tights. (Note: For those with silicone allergies, the silicone layer can be folded inward to avoid direct skin contact.)

Measurement Method

1. Leg Position: Keep your lower leg perpendicular to the ground and your thigh at a 30° angle to the ground.
2. Measurement Reference Points:
   • Measure the circumference of your leg 5 cm vertically upwards from the top of the knee joint.
   • Measure the circumference of your leg 4 cm vertically downwards from the bottom of the knee joint.
3. Measure Leg Circumference: Use a flexible measuring tape to measure the circumference of your leg at these two reference points.
4. Measure Patellar Circumference: With your knee fully extended, measure the circumference around the center of your patella (kneecap).

Size Selection Method

1. Refer to the Size Chart: Compare the measured circumference of your upper or lower leg (or patellar circumference) with the size chart provided by the product.
2. Size Range:
   • S: 32.5-36.5 cm
   • M: 36.5-40.5cm
3. Try Before You Buy: If you are unsure about the size, it is recommended to try on the knee pads first, as different brands may have varying elasticity.
4. Choose the Right Fit: The knee pad should be snug but not too tight. It should provide support without restricting blood circulation.
