The high elasticity, skin-friendly, and durable fabric are the characteristics of this series of protective gear. The skin-toned design features a seamless back, with the color dyed to match the average skin tone of Asians for a sophisticated and beautiful appearance. The diamond quilted stitching effectively secures the foam padding in place, preventing it from shifting. The mid-length design also conforms to the leg shape for a more discreet and straightening effect.
*Recommended for dancers with stronger core strength in dance settings.
*For beginners, the quick-drying beginner level is recommended.

Measurement Method

  1. Leg Position: Keep your lower leg perpendicular to the ground and your thigh at a 30° angle to the ground.
  2. Measurement Reference Points:
    • Measure the circumference of your leg 5 cm vertically upwards from the top of the knee joint.
    • Measure the circumference of your leg 4 cm vertically downwards from the bottom of the knee joint.
  3. Measure Leg Circumference: Use a flexible measuring tape to measure the circumference of your leg at these two reference points.
  4. Measure Patellar Circumference: With your knee fully extended, measure the circumference around the center of your patella (kneecap).

Size Selection Method

  1. Refer to the Size Chart: Compare the measured circumference of your upper or lower leg (or patellar circumference) with the size chart provided by the product.
  2. Size Range:
    • S: 32-36 cm
    • M: 37-41 cm
    • L:  42-45 cm
  3. Try Before You Buy: If you are unsure about the size, it is recommended to try on the knee pads first, as different brands may have varying elasticity.
  4. Choose the Right Fit: The knee pad should be snug but not too tight. It should provide support without restricting blood circulation.
